Services We Provide

Account Information and Help: We provide information to active employees, faculty and students about their accounts and how to use them.

Television Support: We provide troubleshooting services for Le Moyne televisions.

Phone Support: We provide support for Le Moyne owned IP and Smartphones.

Cable Management: We provide service to current cabling in offices.

Removal of Technology: We remove old technology to be recycled.

Loaner Equipment: We provide equipment to faculty and students for short term use. Please review our policies here.

Printer Supplies: We manage toner, paper and other supplies for designated printer and copier machines.

Printer Incident Resolution: We provide incident support for Le Moyne printers.

Software Support: We provide support for software and software distribution. Check our list of Approved Software for full support information.

Device Support: We provide support for Le Moyne owned devices.

Office Moves: We relocate office technology. Please Review our policy here. 

Connectivity Issues: We provide support for connectivity issues.

Personal Device Registration: We assist with the registration of personal devices. 

Account Access: We grant and support access to Le Moyne systems, and the removal of this access.  

Suspicious Email/Text/Call Support: We provide support for suspicious emails, texts or phone calls to your Le Moyne Account.

Classroom Support: We provide support and incident resolution for classrooms on campus.

Canvas Support: We provide support for Canvas LMS related problems and requests.

IT Training Services: We provide training for select services listed on echo.lemoyne.edu

Website Information Changes: We provide changes to Le Moyne Websites.

Video Web Conferencing: We support Video Conferencing through Zoom, our licensed Conferencing tool.
