The Enterprise Information Systems group is a team of developers and project managers responsible for the business systems utilized by Le Moyne College. Day to day operations, maintenance and new development of software based systems compromises the majority of the activity supported by EIS.

Works in close collaboration with the College’s marketing and communications team to drive innovative solutions to differentiate the college. Responsible for facilitating, generating and executing quality user experiences for the College’s external and internal audiences. Provides technical support and resources for the College’s external marketing web presence; develops, coordinates the College’s social media initiatives and supports the campus portal. Provides analytical benchmarking and monitoring of all online activities.

Network Services is responsible for the administration and management of all technology and life safety services that rely upon the College’s wired and wireless infrastructure to operate.  As a part of their day to day operations Network Services monitors and maintains the integrity of these systems and infrastructure to ensure the campus stays connected

Support Services provides the first point of contact for all facets of technical support and assistance to Le Moyne students, faculty, and staff.  We manage all incidents and service requests, and make sure that these are routed to the appropriate group or individual within our department.  We are also responsible for the support of classrooms and instructional technology. The mission of the Office of Institutional Research is to provide Le Moyne College decision makers with accurate, easily understood data and analytical reports designed to improve the quality of Le Moyne College planning and the achievement of Le Moyne College goals and objectives. In addition to their regularly scheduled projects, the office will respond to ad hoc requests for information and will support internal accreditation, evaluation, and assessment data-collection efforts.

The mission of the Instructional Design and Academic Technology team is to provide Le Moyne College faculty members with timely, competent instructional and technological support. Areas of support include instructional design and course development process implementation. The application service catalog supported by the team includes the learning management system (Canvas), media development and lecture capture system (Storyline, Echo 360), synchronous teaching tools (Zoom) as well as academic integrity applications (TurnItIn, Respondus Lockdown Browser and Monitor). In addition to teaching workshops and providing individual coaching, the team supports various technology applications on campus used for assessment, curriculum, and instruction (Watermark Aqua, ePortfolio, etc).

Systems Administration is responsible for the acquisition, deployment, maintenance, support and security of server, desktop and peripheral systems as well as applications, operating systems, databases, collaborative and productivity tools and other software. We also strive to continually improve the above to make the most efficient and optimized use of the College’s technology resources.
