Le Moyne College is a Google Campus. As a student, staff, or faculty member you are granted a Gmail account ([email protected]) and have access to unlimited Google Drive storage, Google File stream, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and more. For more information visit our G Suite Information Page.

Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, are available on all campus computers and in the virtual environment (My Desktop). If you need to install these products on your personal device, Microsoft offers access to Microsoft Office 365 to anyone who has a ".edu" email account. To sign up for free access to Microsoft Office 365 downloads and products including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint you can visit https://products.office.com/en-us/student/office-in-education. Please keep in mind these accounts are not Le Moyne accounts and you are responsible for remembering your own password. Once you are signed in, go to your "My Account" page and click on "Security" to add a phone number or Authenticator app that will allow you to reset your password in the event that you forget it.
