GSuite

Le Moyne College is a Google Campus. All students, employees, and faculty have access to G Suite for Education which includes access to unlimited Google Drive storage, Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms, and more. These applications are free for use for any Le Moyne affiliate with an active Le Moyne email account.

 

Drive

 Google Drive is a storage service that lets you save various files to the cloud and then access them on any device that is signed into your account. You can store documents, images, videos, and back up your desktop. The service makes it easy to transfer files from one device to another or share them with others without having to email them.

 

Docs

 With Google Docs, you can create and edit text documents right in your web browser—no special software is required. Multiple people can work at the same time, you can see people’s changes as they make them, and every change is saved automatically.

  

Slides

 Google Slides is an online presentation app that lets you create and format presentations and work with other people. With  Slides you can create pitch decks, classroom lessons, project presentations, training modules, and more.

 

Sheets

 Sheets is an online spreadsheet program, you can share and collaborate with multiple people on the same document, tracking revisions, changes, and suggestions all in real time. Sheets lets you handle task lists, create project plans, analyze data with charts and filters, and more.

 

Forms

 Google Forms lets you collect information from people via personalized quizzes or surveys, and automatically populate spreadsheets from the collected responses in real-time. Forms allows you to manage event registrations, create quizzes, analyze responses, and more.
