Le Moyne College's Open Enrollment is now underway. Open Enrollment will run from Monday, October 27th, through Friday, November 7th. Elections made during Open Enrollment will take effect January 1st, 2026.

Medical Plan Changes:
Medical Plan Side-By-Side
PPO:
Out-of-Pocket Max decreased to $3,000 individual/$9,000 family
Rx Out-of-Pocket Max increased to $1,500 individual/$4,500 family
Hospital services will now incur 10% coinsurance, capped annually at $1,000 for individual, $2,000 for family coverage.
Copays for Specialist coverage have increased to $50.
Copay for Emergency Room has increased to $250 (waived if patient is admitted into the hospital).
Rx Copays increased to $10/$35/$70.
Healthy Blue Hybrid:
Deductible has increased to $750 individual/$2,250 family
Out-of-Pocket Max increased to $2,500 individual/$7,000 family
Rx Out-of-Pocket Max increased to $1,500 individual/$4,500 family
Copays for Primary Care have increased to $30, copays for Specialist coverage have increased to $50.
Rx Copays increased to $10/$35/$70.
Coinsurance capped annually at $1,000 for individual, $2,000 for family coverage
HDHP
Deductible has increased to $3,400 individual, $6,800 family (the new IRS minimums)
FSA
Health FSA limit has increased to $3,400, with rollover increasing to $680
Dependent Care FSA limit has increased to $7,500
HSA
HSA Contribution limit has increased to $4,400 for Self-Only, $8,750 for Family.
Vacation Buy Up
NEW for 2026; Full Time Staff and Administrators may purchase an additional 1 or 2 weeks of vacation time to be added to their 2026 balance.
Cost will be equivalent to current weekly rate of pay and will be spread over 24 pay periods on an after-tax basis.
Vacation Cost Calculator
To calculate your cost, take your Annual Base Pay divided by 52 weeks (if selecting 2 weeks of vacation, multiply by 2). Divide by 24 pay periods.
For example: an employee earning $52,000 annually and electing 1 additional week of vacation would cost $41.67 per pay ($52,000 / 52 weeks / 24 pay periods).
Employees may contact Human Resources to confirm the cost of their Vacation Buy Up. Additional Vacation will be subject to same conditions outlined in the Vacation Policy in the Employee Handbook.
All Other Plans
All other plans and premium rates will remain the same in 2026, including Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Voluntary Benefits.
