Le Moyne College Wellness Initiatives

In alignment with our Ignatian identity, Le Moyne College promotes integrated wellness of mind, body and spirit, by empowering our community to make active decisions regarding their overall wellbeing through insight, inquiry and involvement. The Wellness Initiative provides learning opportunities, activities, programs, and other resources needed to empower and encourage Le Moyne College faculty and staff to make choices and changes that lead to a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

As a faculty or staff member, your contribution to the College community makes a difference every day. To ensure that you’re at your best, the Wellness Initiative provides opportunities for you to care for yourself in a variety of ways including mental health, physical health, financial wellness, and spiritual wellness.

The College offers the following opportunities throughout the year:

  • Monthly workshops, challenges and programs: Interactive presentations, seminars and discussions to help you get moving, eat well, unwind, and connect with people who share your wellness interests. (See Calendar of Events)
