Go Move Challenge Join us in the Go Move challenge! The challenge will run from Feb. 1 to Feb. 28. Movement is defined as any intentional exercise that causes at least a moderate increase in breathing or heart rate. Learn more about the challenge here.

We'll provide a space to trade tips, sample a few bites (optional), and leave inspired by your coworkers’ go-to healthy dishes.
