W-4 Forms

• Must be completed and returned to the Payroll Office before a Student can work on campus

Check Distribution

• Student payroll checks can be picked up until 4:30 on pay day. 
• Payroll checks not picked up on pay day by 4:30 will be mailed to the address on file.

Direct Deposit

• Student payroll checks can be deposited directly into their bank accounts.
• A Direct Deposit form is available under General Information in the Payroll Forms link. 

How to View your Direct Deposit & Pay Stub

• Follow the prompts to view your pay stub and direct deposit information online:Log into ECHO
  On the right side, under Home, click on MyInformation
  From the menu options, select My Paystub
  At the prompt, log in using your Network username and password.
  Select the year and the Period End date you want to view and /or print

• Select any of the links to the right to learn about local banking options located near campus
• Key Bank has as an ATM on campus located in the Dolphin Den and in the Le Moyne Plaza.
