  • Preparing for Spring Semester Hybrid or Online Learning
    • To ensure you are ready for the semester start please review the Studying Remotely checklist on our echo page listed under Technology Resources. This list includes computer requirements for remote learning, webcam and microphone specifications, what sites to access before the start of the semester including but not limited to Canvas, Gmail, and Zoom.

  • Connect to "eduroam" WiFi Network
    • The "eduroam" wireless network is available throughout Le Moyne's facilities allowing for secure wireless connectivity when at Le Moyne and when visiting other eduroam member institutions. Visit the eduroam web site for more information about the global eduroam initiative.
    • When connecting to eduroam, be sure to enter your full e-mail address (e.g. [email protected]) along with your password. This will better ensure that your device roams when you visit other eduroam member institutions. For more information about the College’s wireless networks, please see Le Moyne Wireless Connection Information.
  • Enroll in ResetMyPassword and Set up Authy (2 Factor Authentication)
    • Enroll in ResetMypassword! In the event you forget your password, or if you want to change your existing password, the College offers this free service. All you have to do is enroll your mobile device.  Visit https://resetmypassword.lemoyne.edu to enroll now. Follow the directions to set up the Authy app for classes that will require remote desktop access. How to Enable MultiFactor Authentication
  • Dorm Life: Registering Gaming Systems, Computers, and SmartTV’s
  • Dorm Life: Connect your TV
    • If your TV is less than three years old, there's a good chance it already is equipped with a Clear QAM tuner. Once you move onto campus, try to run multiple channel scans.
    • If your TV cannot find any channels after running multiple scans, you may need to purchase a QAM Converter Box in order to receive cable television. To see if your current TV model is compatible visit here
    • If your TV is a SmartTV it will NOT connect to the wireless network. If it has an ethernet port you can try registering it on our wired network. Please refer to the above section Registering Gaming Systems, Computers, and SmartTV’s for more information. For more information about what works on our campus network visit: Dorm Technology
