Associate Professor of History Leigh Fought, Ph.D., will sit on a panel about Frederick Douglass with Pulitzer Prize-winner and Yale professor David Blight at the Frederick Douglass National Historic Park on Saturday, Sept. 14, 2024. The panel will be moderated by former Washington, D.C., mayor Sharon Pratt and former RNC chair and MSNBC commentator Michael Steele. The event will be broadcast on YouTube in the coming weeks.
