J. Christopher Warner, Ph.D., of the Department of English, delivered a public lecture on Oct. 18 at the Hendrik Conscience Bibliotheek, the city library of Antwerp, Belgium, titled: "From the Plantin-Moretus Archives to the Secret Histories of Books." Warner's lecture was the first in the 2023-24 Miraeus Lecture Series, organized by the Flanders Book Historical Society.
