Prof. James T. Snyder, Esq., will present two lectures to practicing attorneys at a Clinical Legal Education ("CLE") Seminar regarding civil jury trial practice: (i) "Influential Opening Statements That Make an Impact," and (ii) "The Tactical Discussion of Damages at Trial: Tips for Winning Over the Judge and/or Jury." All attorneys admitted to practice law in New York State are required to attend at least 24 hours of mandatory CLE instruction biennially in order to maintain their law license in good standing. Professor Snyder regularly lectures to attorneys at professional CLE seminars.
