Luscier Publishes Article on CatTracker Featuring Upward Bound

Jason Luscier, Ph.D., of the Department of Biological and Environmental Sciences, published an article in 'The Wildlife Professional' about his work developing the community science project called CatTracker.  The article features the Le Moyne Upward Bound Program.
