Do you have a unique life experience you would like to share or a unique perspective that the Le Moyne community would benefit from hearing? Would you like to be a part of this incredible chance for an open dialogue? Consider volunteering to be a Living Book on March 18 for the Living Library event.

On Wed March 18 from 3-6 p.m., people from all walks of life, each with different stories to tell, come together in a safe and open environment to share their unique life experiences and participate in a dialogue about those experiences. Readers “check out” Living Books for 20-30 minute sessions and have a conversation together.

We are currently looking for faculty, staff, and students to serve as Living Books at our event on March 18, for any amount of time.

To apply to be a Living Book or to learn more about what a Living Book does, please visit https://resources.library.lemoyne.edu/humanlibrary/Beabook

Please feel free to contact Kari Zhe-Heimerman at [email protected] with any questions or concerns.
