Carmen Giunta was a featured expert at the American Chemical Society's "Program in a Box" on Tuesday, Feb. 26. The program on the history and future of the periodic table was a webinar intended mainly for college chemistry clubs. Its producers estimate that about 500 groups comprising more than 8,000 viewers streamed the program, some from as far away as Malaysia and Colombia. The program is available for viewing at www.acs.org/pib. Thanks to Mark Ramsden and Joel Bialek for audio/visual support on the pre-recorded and live portions of the event.
