Please join Hilary McManus for weekly mindfulness practice. Mindfulness is the practice of a moment-to-moment, nonjudgmental awareness of our thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and of the outside environment. It is known to have benefits for mental and physical health and well-being, especially for the reduction of the negative impacts of stress.
