From Wednesday, Nov. 20 to Thursday, Dec. 5, there will be a quiet period for your TIAA account. During this time, you will be unable to make changes or enroll in the plan. You will still be able to access your account, request fund transfers, update beneficiaries and review investment performances.
After Dec. 6, the plan’s new online salary deferral feature will allow you to make changes to your contributions and make other account updates from one place. TIAA will also take over the automatic enrollment service. If you do not wish to participate, you can login to TIAA.org/Lemoyne and change your election. Also beginning on Dec. 6, you will be able to set up automatic increase to change your contribution amount.
