Professor of Practice James T. Snyder, Esq., will lecture at a Clinical Legal Education (CLE) event for lawyers titled "How to Lay a Foundation to Get Your Evidence Introduced" and will speak on the topic of "Applying Ethics Rules to Evidence." All attorneys in New York state must complete a mandatory number of hours of attendance at CLE events to maintain their good standing at the bar. Snyder regularly presents as a lecturer at CLE events in the Syracuse area.
