Thanks to our partnership with SECNY Credit Union, we have a new online tool available to help increase financial literacy. Delve in beyond the first page; there are resources available to assist you in all sorts of financial decision-making, from college planning to estate planning (and everything in between!) Thanks to Aerik Radley '11 for his part in this initiative!

We intend to continue to foster community and collaboration and to advocate for the needs of Le Moyne College’s staff and mid-level administrators with senior leadership.

We plan to continue to hold at least one Open Forum per semester, wherin leadership presents relevant and current topics and employees can anonymously ask questions of senior leadership. The Open Forum for Spring 2025 has not yet been scheduled. When the focus has been determined and the event has been scheduled, we will communicate with employees and solicit anonymous questions.

The end-of-the-year "picnic" of May 2024 was a hit!  We plan to make this an annual occurrence. More details will be available during the mid-Spring 2025 semester. We hope you will join us as we celebrate the hard work and commitment we all offer!

As a reminder, to wear jeans on Fridays, a donation of $1 or more is required, per the Employee Handbook. For the months of December and January, Jeans Fridays donations will go to our Campus Cupboard, which supports students experiencing food insecurity. We ask that you make a monetary donation here. When donating, please add “Jeans Friday” in the Note field.

If you have a charitable cause you’d like to ask this fund to support in the future, please email us at [email protected]. Thank you for your support!

A Phenomenal ‘Phin is someone who exemplifies the mission, vision, and core values of the College. Please consider nominating a colleague for recognition! Winners will be given an award from the Employee Forum Executive Board and will be recognized at an end-of-the-academic-year gathering.

Do you know an employee who exemplifies the Le Moyne dedication to cura personalis and/or magis--who truly cares for the whole person, or who is always striving to do better and be more? Nominate that co-worker today to be recognized for laudable efforts and dedication!
