Hilary McManus, Ph.D, a professor of environmental biologocal sciences, joins a global faculty team selected to guide the ninth cohort of Homeward Bound, a transformative leadership initiative for women with STEMM (science, technology, engieering, math and medicine) backgrounds. As a former participant of the second cohort, Dr. McManus contributes her experiences as a woman in STEMM and a leadership coach to the program.
