Deborah Tooker, Ph.D., professor of anthropology, presented a talk titled "Multiplicity Tolerance in Changing Akha (Thailand) 'Self' Concepts" in the panel that she co-organized with Claudia Strauss, Professor of Anthropology, Pitzer College titled "Alternatives to the Neoliberal Self" at the Annual Meeting of the American Anthropological Association, Metro Toronto Convention Centre, November 19, 2023. Two Le Moyne students from the Anthropology Club also attended the convention.
