Newton Presents at Conference

Travis Newton of the College's Department of Visual and Performing Arts recently attended the annual conference of the Association of Arts Administration Educators, held at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, May 30-June 1, 2019.

Newton presented twice, discussing his recent book chapter during "Theory, Practice, and the Practicality of Theory," and on a panel discussion entitled "Teaching Arts Administration with the Case Method."

Co-presenters included colleagues from the University of Connecticut, Indiana University, Yale University, and the Savannah College of Art & Design.
