Fitness classes will begin on Wednesday, Sept. 9. On Wednesday each week there will be yoga at 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. and Thursdays there will be yoga at 9 a.m. and noon and spin class at 5 p.m.
Participants will need to bring their own mat and water bottle for yoga and a bike will be provided for spin class.
Class will be held outside with a rain station inside. Meet at the front of the rec center to sign in to class.
