Please join us for the following outdoor fitness classes:

   Outdoor Power Yoga  class at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 8 
   Outdoor Yoga classes at 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 9 
   Outdoor Yoga class at noon on Thursday, Sept. 10
   Outdoor Spin class at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 10 
                (There will be accommodations if there is rain.)  

Le Moyne College current students, faculty, and staff are the only ones allowed to participate in these fitness classes.  Participants will meet at the Recreation Center front entrance.  All attendees will need to bring their own yoga mat, water bottle, and a towel if needed.
