Mindful Meditation

Please join JoAnn Cooke of the Syracuse Zen Center for weekly mindfulness practice. Mindfulness is the practice of a moment-to-moment, nonjudgmental awareness of our thoughts, feelings and physical sensations, and of the outside environment. It is known to have benefits for mental and physical health and well-being, especially for the reduction of the negative impacts of stress. It also helps promote mental focus, creativity and a sense of inner peace.

Practice will be held every Monday at 4:45 p.m. Free and open to all members of Le Moyne Community.
