The Syracuse Int'l Film Festival begins on Wednesday, Oct. 10, following the College's fall break. Members of the campus community are encouraged to visit the festival's website to learn about what it will include: http://syrfilm.com/2018-schedule.html

Though Le Moyne's relationship to the film festival has changed, the films are still free for Le Moyne students (with an ID).  In addition, the film program is sponsoring a Le Moyne team in the 48-hour filmmaking competition. A group of our commmunications students will have two days beginning this Friday night to produce and edit a film. All films in the competition (I believe there are five teams enrolled) will be screened during the festival: at the Redhouse Arts Center, 400 South Salina, Theater 3, at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 13. Come support our students competing in the festival. They are very excited!

Enjoy the fall break, and contact Julie Grossman, Ph.D., if you have any questions (grossmjj@lemoyne.edu).
